Women make up to 50% of the global workforce, but only 17 to 21% reach management positions. Still, only about 5% of women are at the c-suite or board level. The way to get there can be frustrating. Women are generally more qualified, more experienced than men but we don’t always get the expected payoff. Why is that?

There are several reasons for this – from historical to cultural to philosophical. But what really matters is that in the end you get stuck in a layer of the organization where you can’t access real opportunities to showcase your potential and to be fulfilled with your career.
